ቢድ  ኑጉዝ 

ቢድ ኑጉዝ(Biede Nuguse) is a collection of film photographs that pay homage to my dads' life as an individual, father, and Eritrean political activist. The series was taken in his Virginia apartment, surrounded by mementos that offer insight into his life. It features a detailed portrait, self-portraits of his late father, and his 1985 graduation photo in Alabama. Additionally, it showcases his Eritrean political books with his college textbooks, and his traveling briefcase which contains polaroids of his students in Eritrea, and family keepsakes. The series is a tribute to my father.
